OMS ^® BC / Back Plate Harness Systems

Back plates: OMS's^® superior deburring process eliminates back plate sharp edges and prevents abrasion to webbing and BC’s. The Aluminum Back plate weighs 2 lbs., the Stainless 5.5 lbs and both include the following slots: 1" and 2" width Crotch Strap, (2) Cam band, and a bottom slot to accommodate band bolts that are slightly off 11" On Center (Fig. 1). Stainless Steel plate is passivated to prevent oxidation and the Aluminum plate is Hard Coat Anodized.

Harness Systems: OMS ^® for 2007/2008 now offers five (5) innovative harness systems that can be coupled with the Aluminum or Stainless Steel back plates. Perhaps the newest and most innovated development is that the Comfort Harness Systems I™ and II along with the IQ Pac™ now incorporate a pull dump tunnel on each shoulder pad.

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, just under the arm and across your shoulder blades. Waist: Measure around your waist, over a shirt (but not slacks), at the height you normally wear your belt Divers should take into consideration the extra girth added by dry suits and dry suit underwear when taking measurements.
